Nothing you can do for now but wait. Maybe there is a reason he didn't call, lost the number, sick relative, sick himself..........on and on..... The next time you see him wait and see how he reacts to you and go from here.

Fun laughs or fun sex? If it was just laughs and he doesn't call - maybe he has someone else or he just wasn't that into you. If it was fun sex - as in a one night stand - go get tested for vd! You shouldn't be having that much fun until you know someone much better.
Either way, if he isn't calling back - do you really want someone so inconsiderate to call you? Maybe he lost the number or something else is going on, but chances are he is just a jerk.

He may not have had as much fun as you, and often, asking for a phone number, is a polite way of letting a girl down easily.
So if he didn't call back, then he isn't interested.
There is an off chance, he lost your number, that has happened, so if you want to take a chance, and you have his number, give him a call, and see what he says.
