Start with your family doctor to run some lab to make sure everything is normal. Feeling tired all the time can come from many things such as low blood pressure, low iron, hypothyroid, etc. Then go to an orthopedic doctor to have your knees and heel spurs checked. Good luck!
Also, have you started any new medications lately? Could be side effects of the med.

You probably feel tired because the human body isn't designed to carry too much weight around. Your joints will hurt because of the strain on them from your weight.

Take the pain and tiredness as a warning sign that you need to start looking after your health. :)

When is the last time you had a medical work up? Sounds like your iron might be down, maybe you are anemic? get going on some super b complex vitamins, and some iron tablets. also do you sleep well at night? Maybe you have sleep apnea another reason some of us are tired... just me thoughts.

I know, easier said than done. You would feel better if you could take off some pounds. My guess is your weight is contributing to your knee pain. Also your feelings of lethargy. Check in with your doctor. Good luck.
