Ask yourself a couple of questions. Are you getting enough rest? Depending on your age you could require nine hours a night.
Are you eating right? Do you eat at regularly scheduled times and eat nutritional meals.
Are you a substance abuser? Even cigarettes can cause the symptoms you describe. If you are clean on these questions schedule a visit to the Doctor. My bet the first three will eliminate the problem.

It could be low blood sugar or maybe you are pregnat, when I was pregnant with my son I never had energy and I was always light headed to the point I would passout. Also your iron could be low.. I would go to the doctor so they can tell you exactly what the problem is and maybe suggest some good vitamins for you to take or if your prgnant they could recomend a good prenatal for you

It could be that you are suffering from blood presure problems, hypogylcemia( diabetes), anemia (low red blood cells), lack of sleep, too much sleep, depression, leukemia.... the list goes on and on. Contact your Dr, get some lab work done, have your blood pressure checked when you are sitting and standing, get your blood sugar checked. Good Luck.

Is there a possibility you could be pregnant? You may be anemic. It is a good idea to go see a doctor. If money is tight, go to the health dept. and at least get a blood test. Good luck

It could be low blood pressure, low iron, low hemoglobin, or hypoactive thyroid. Go to the doctor and have some lab drawn.

possibly, but it could be other things too, you should go to the doctor and tell him your symptoms. He'll probably start with some lab work...
