Why do we call it "falling in love"? It makes it sound like an accident, like falling in a hole.

The first time I thought I fell in love was when I was 15. The reason I say "thought" I was in love is because I had not experience real love so at the time what I was feeling seemed like love. In reality it was just my first serious relationship and I was caught up in the excitment of it. It was late one night when we were talking on the phone and I told him I thought I loved him. I just came out and said it.

I think you should be careful when you choose to say it. I also think you should know the person a long time before you do. In the beginning of a relationship its like the honeymoon period, your just getting to know each other. You want to be sure its for real otherwise you may feel let down if they don't feel the same way in return.

good question my friend - i feel the same way about it . I LOVE YOU is a bald statement ... you should be careful with it.

I think when I was 12. He knew and I think to this day he does. And I think he feels the same way for me. Even for him 10 married yrs later and 5 kids later he still does love me.

well i have fallen inlove with someone yes and have told them. but it didnt work both ways. but life goes on. dosnt mean ill ever stop feeling the love i have for this one person i could never feel like that for anyone else. i can say i would love someone else but never fall inlove
