Unless you are talking about the smaller, "usable" nuclear weapons being developed by the United States (which I hope they will eventually outlaw or abandon) because nuclear warheads are "unusable," I don't believe there is an upcoming nuclear war. However irrational many nations may seem, I don't think any of us are irrational enough to start a "nuclear war." I guess I still have some small faith in the human race, as unfounded as it may be.

What upcoming Nuclear war? Far as i was concerned, the majority of 'rogue' nations that carry nuclear weapons would never attack the west due to their immediate annihalation by our nuclear weapons, it would be a national suicide. Its not going to happen

The true enemy in todays nuclear world is nulclear war itself. We would destroy our own world and everything on it.

the USA. we have the most nukes and we also have an anti nuke system, no doubt we will win. we may be hurt very badly but we would win.
