Please help me find out as much info as I can about the employees working at Niketown inChicago who are filing the class action lawsuit against the corp.

Go to the record room of the court in question.

1.if the case has not been filed in court yet or decided upon. The records will be sealed until a judgment is made. However, if there has already been a decision then it is public record. In which case you need to find a law library. Look for case law books. They are like an encyclopedia of law suits. Look up discrimination. There you will find a bunch of cases that have been decided and where and what court made the decision. Next to each group of cases will be some acronyms and some numbers those are the books containing these cases. It is a pain in the but and it will be time consuming because you have to go through all the cases to find what you want. However, since you know who the parties are It may go quicker for you.
