Around $20. Buy books by Kaplan from your bookstore or get one from the library. Schools also offer SAT prep courses they are about $15.
COLLEGEBOARD.COM HAS A FREE TEST.

You can try Sylvian Learning Center if you have one nearby. My son tried that and it worked well.
