You're welcome to safely try, but as far as considering you 'hot', that's neither here nor there. :P

Remember the spf factor is multiplied by the average of 10 mins for a fair person to burn. (And if outdoor tanning, keep in mind the 25% additional rays reflected by 10' of water, sand, concrete and so forth.) Also, higher altitudes can mean more intensity. So that means wearing an spf of 15 means you will burn after a max of 150 mins. (And the 10 minutes is an average for fair people burning.)

I hear that indoor tanning uses both UVA and UVB, and the additional spectrum has more of a 'pressing' effect on the skin, resulting in more leathery, wrinkled skin then natural sun. But hey, then people will say that indoor is safer than outdoor, (but largely because of being conscious of time. See above.)

In the end, I prefer the outlook that I'm outside getting a little bit of sun, in a controlled and protected way... as a by product of enjoying nature and this beautiful world.

P.S. Don't forget to put sunscreen on your scalp - apparently people forget to work it into their hairline, and doctors are seeing increase in melanoma here.

I would also like to point out that fair people like us take a long time to tan, because light tends to bounce off a lighter objects. *jk*

See ya at the beaches!

Well, ... tans aren't really all they're cracked up to be these days, so why not just be yourself? Looking" hot isn't all that makes the man. Do you have a personality?

What makes you think you look hot? You look out of shape, immature and self centered to me. Your hat is ****** to the side telling me that you are a wannabe and not a stand up person. You think you look hot but you are a pathetic loser. Quit taking pictures of yourself and get a job and do something.
