He shouldn't eat anything with acid in, like tomatoes, applesauce, and other things like that. Grains are the best, like pasta and sandwiches. Most meats aren't a problem as long as the sauce you use isn't tomato based or has a lot of salt in it. Fruit can be eaten but it should be eaten in very small amounts because it also contains acid.

Could be he is stressed in the environment he lives in. My step daughter's stomach would hurt and hurt and she would become constipated and would throw up all the time. Her dr checked her for EVERYTHING! Once she started living with me and her Dad more her stomach stopped. Turns out she was stressed living with her Mom so much that is caused her body to be sick.

it would help if you told us what foods he is currently eating. my husband has a stomach ulcer and he can't eat red sauce or spicy meats. so i use www.kraftfoods.com to look for recipes.
