I passed a pub today and their board said 'WARNING. This Pub may contain nuts!'
What is the best welcome sign you have come across?

It's not really 'funny' but there was a pub in central London with a sign on the door saying: 'Workmen not allowed' (or something like that). I thought that was a really snotty sign, talk about discrimination! (and I'm not a workman myself so I am not biased!)

On the door of our local pub "I've hanging around here for 300 years" it then goes on to basically say shut the door in a comical way!

Its not exactly a welcome sign -- but it cracks me up!

"All unattended children will be given a shot of espresso and a puppy."

That just conjures up the funniest mental image!

I saw one which said "We serve crabs, please sit down" and another which you probably wouldn't call a welcome sign as such said "once the floor is full, would you please use the ashtrays"
