My dad wants my puppy to be an outside puppy. Everytime I open our door it runs inside. please help!!! Im the one who has to get her out

A dog shouldn't just live outside. Why did you get a dog if you guys only want it outside? What is going to happen in the winter or when there is bad weather? With proper obedience training, a dog can be very well behaved in the house.

Firstly, you shouldn't HAVE a puppy if it's just going to be shoved outside and left.
The puppy is running inside because it's lonely and wants to be with its new "family". You have "adopted" a "baby" animal, with all that that entails.
If there's no choice, then when the puppy comes in, you should get toys, go outside WITH her and stay out there with her and play with her and interact with her. She's just a baby, removed from her own pack, and then shoved alone into a back yard. What would YOU do?

A dog is a part of the family not something you just keep outside and dont spray vinegar in her face that is just cruel and could damage her eyes permanantly since she cant wipe it out after. I suggest giving the dog to someone who will treat it as part of thier family not as an outside dog thats just stupid and makes me mad so I am going to stop writing now before I freak out.

How mean. Why bother to have a dog if she's going to spend his life outside? I would let her go to a home where she's wanted by everyone.

Open the door slowly and spray her in the face with vinegar when she tries to come in. She'll get the message.
