I am looking into them myself. I already pulled off and printed cards for "FREEDRUGCARD.US and Drug Card America.
There is no charge and you can use them immediately. You can only use one at a time. You have to ask which one is the best.

Alot of retail pharmacy's have on the job training and you
can work enough hours to get certified. This is a good idea even if you find a program or school in your area.
(Pharmacy Technician Trainee.) ( I wasn't sure if you were asking about this or prescription program)
