Just remember that 95% of people who lose weight gain it back. If you are loosing weight to get a man, chances are you will gain it back after you get one. (Then possibly face even more pain if the guy is a jerk & dumps you because of it) In my humble opinion, you're better off finding a guy who excepts your present body weight...(Yes there are lots of men who don't mind a big booty). I'm not saying forget losing weight, it is much healthier to be normal body weight, just don't loose it for the wrong reasons.

Well i also feel overweight and i'm going on the weightwatchers diet tomoro. I've been on it before and lost hundreds and felt great but put it all on again so this time im going to need to keep it off. Your confidence goes way up you feel more sexier and can have more choice with your clothes. That's just the confidence boost you need, even that first wee bit makes so much difference!

I have dieted all my life. I have went from 140lbs to 250 lbs. I am now 215lbs and 5ft7. For my height I don't look fat, but to me it don't matter. What should matter is how you look and feel about yourself. Not of what you think others feel. Once you have found your weight you are happy at then stay there. Men are not attracted to how much you weigh, they are attracted to you and who you are as a person. Show some spunk and confidence. Allot of men like and will look at a woman who shows self-confidence. I have never had a problem.

The first thing to do is work on your attitude. If you don't like yourself, it's hard for others to like you, too. You are so much more than just your weight. Focus on who you are, and what you can bring to a relationship. When you start realizing your self worth, others will, too. (By the way, there are those who think a little meat on the bones is a good thing!)

Lose the weight. Don't look for an easy way to lose it, realize you're going to have to suffer. You're going to suffer anyway, either by being to fat, or by being hungry until you lose the weight. Don't eat ANY bread, cereal, potatoes, candy, just eat meat and a little fruit, and be sure you're ALWAYS hungry. You'll really love yourself for it.

It's GREAT being thin!

Do it for yourself - You'll feel more confident in yourself then and maybe won't be single for much longer. Chances are you are single not because of your weight, but because of your confidence.

PS- It is great!

Fat girls have as much fun as thinner ones... It is all a matter of mental preparedness...

Stop thinking of your weight as hurdle... Use your personality... ;)

Besides a lot of guy like larger girls... :D
