No, it is never possible to recover from such an obvious grooming error. For the foreseeable future your hair will have that dull and limp feeling from premature conditionation. There are only a couple of ways to get the hair shafts back to their bouncy form.
A thorough examination by a physician can tell you if you are a suitable candidate for extensions. If not there may be supplements to make it longer, fuller and more supple. In some very serious cases you may need to cut it off and start over.

okay its nothing to be worried about. Actually it can be better for your hair. All shampoo does is Cleanse your hair and make it even frizzier. You should really condition it daily and only shampoo every other day. When you cleanse your hair too much it dries your hair out. Dry hair becomes brittle and then breaks off which then creates breakage/split ends. Then those broken hairs frizz up. Conditioning with moisturizing conditioner (and shampoo although still this can dry your hair out too) can make your hair healthy.

Hope this helps

Good Luck!!

Yeah, it really screws your hair up! You are going to have to make an appointment with a hair salon *immediately* to get a special stripping and conditioning treatment which costs about $800 and takes five hours to do. It's the only way to save your hair.

Yes. But I decided to shave myself bald, so now if I condition before shampooing, nothing happens but a waste of my money.

It won't do any harm at all. If your hair wasn't very dirty just don't bother with the shampoo - otherwise shampoo and then condition again.

Haha No. You will never recover. Your hair will feel like horse hair because the conditioner washed off.

yes just wash it out and condition after the shampoo it. You will be fine. Its easier to fix than shaving your head when you meant to shave your legs. Good luck don't worry.
