By anal retentive, I suspect that you refer to those who insist upon adhereing to the Community Guidlines and Terms of Service.
This site will "evolve" into a very silly, pointless chatroom if the Guidelines and TOS are not observed.
The purpose of this site is to ask genuine questions, which seek actual answers.
Without the rules, all that will be left is "How do you like my avatar?" "Is my friend hot?" "Who wants to chat?"
That is my opinion, for what it is worth.

I saw the question that made you ask your question, or so I believe. My answer to your question is: No.
There won't be time enough. Just as it will become interesting, this site will vanish. We will forget it quickly. In a few years from now, we will be asking: "Do you remember Yahoo! Answers?" and there will be but a few of us who will remember.
Can you imagine what the world would be if we had no anus?

Why look at this way? Why not see it as a journey through your imagination. Are we not a collective thought with many thoughts? Not everyone is on the same system and that's what makes us who we are. U see we are a LIFE expressing.

Because in asking the question, people are opening themselves up to answers, and that is where the evolution begins.

There is truism in the saying that goes something like this:
"Let us not merely be HUMAN BEINGS, but instead grow to be HUMAN BECOMINGS..."
Peace be with you!

That's not a good approach to counter creationism. Try a bit harder.
