It's obvious that you already know that you have a warrant for your arrest, or you would not beasking this question. In nearly 95% of all cases where I was approached by someone asking that question, they did have a warrant and when I dispatched, they would always call and want me to do it over the phone, I would tell them no way and hang up. Then when I ran them after the fact, I always got a hit. Just go turn yourself in!

If ya get pulled over, you'll find out without a fee, but may be kinda expensive in other ways. If ya suspect you might have one, you can call up the department in question, and ask. If it's a minor cause, they're not going to launch an apb, or swat team to get ya . Knowing is better than not knowing in any case.

Most Police Dept. will check your record for you. You do have to go into the office to show photo I.D. But just a warning, if you do have a warrent, it will need to be taken care of at that moment, or they will not let you leave. You can try calling your local Police Dept. first, they might, in some towns, do it over the phone for you. Good Luck.

Actually there is. Go to the website for your local Sherriff's Office. It should have a way to do that. Or some kind of government office website. I know the one for North Carolina, but I don't know where you are so I can't tell you for sure.

visit your local police station, but take someone with you in case you do because they may detain you and who knows when/if they will let you call someone. I know someone that happened to and even though she told them her son was at daycare they would not even let her call, luckily her daycare provider figured something was wrong and just let her son stay at her house.
