What do you need and what time of year. You can go from a nice place in old town for $50-60 a night - and budget eating/drinking ... right on up to the top.

Money wise don't really know it depends on your style lavish or low key taco stands or restaraunts. But if you want a little adventure not far from PV is a small town named Sayulita. I took a bus about an hours ride and it was a neat little old fishing village turned surfing spot. Nice beaches, food and cold Pacifico Beer. Try it you'll like it

ALL INCLUSIVE...clean rooms, balconies facing ocean, decent food, booze included. We were recently there, and our package only cost $1000/person with R/T air. GREAT DEAL...for 7 days/6 nights
