I think he created the dinosaurs but he saw they were a total failure so he killed them all, this is why there is no mention of the dinosaurs in the bible.

Why are dinosaurs a "botched" creation? They lived for millions of years. It does say that they existed:
Genesis 1:24-25 And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
Wouldn't dinosaurs count as "creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind"?

The bible is not millions of years old like they claim the dinosaurs are, so the only thing I can think of is that the dinosaurs were originally smaller and may have fit onto Noah's ark with the other animals. Every animal out here is not named in the bible, but that doesn't mean that they don't exist. That would mean that the scientist are wrong about how long ago it was when dinosaurs roamed the earth. I don't know, I may be wrong, but I know that the bible is right. And the bible says that in the beginning, God made heaven and earth, and Adam and eve, and all the creatures of the land, not necessarily in that order. So then, dinosaurs could not have come before God created these things. I believe that eventually the dinosaurs evolved to the huge creatures that they were, but may have been separated from humans somehow, before being killed off. Just a theory. There are many mysteries surrounding the bible that appears to contradict science, but in the end, God knows what he is doing, and that is all that matters.

The Bible does mention that there used to be giants living in the world. This could have been an explanation for finding dinosaur bones (which are often huge in comparison to human bones).

Remember that the Bible was written by people thousands of years ago who had a much more limited understanding of the world around them. They wouldn't have known that dinosaurs had existed, and so didn't write about them.

Well there are mentions of some creatures in the bible you cant totaly discredit the thought that man walk with dinosaurs. I meant look at Job 40:15-24 it describes a creature

Behemoth has the following attributes according to Job 40:15-24

* It “eats grass like an ox.”
* It “moves his tail like a cedar.” (In Hebrew, this literally reads, “he lets hang his tail like a cedar.”)
* Its “bones are like beams of bronze,
His ribs like bars of iron.”
* “He is the first of the ways of God.”
* “He lies under the lotus trees,
In a covert of reeds and marsh.”

now that being said you gotta wonder, what were they talking about?

simple many would say a “elephant” or “hippopotamus.”

but when did you ever see a hippo and / or a elephant with a tale the size of a cedar.

It's either that the persons who were describing the creature first hand not from fossels worded it wrong or the science community is totaly wrong in this matter.

I mean hey it's god we could say it's evolution, then again it might be the devine hand of god. why there are no dinosaurs around any more? well adam and eve sinned and brought death into this world simple.

The dinosaurs were not a "total failure." They were one of evolution's greatest success stories. They ruled the earth for hundreds of millions of years.

They went extinct because of a huge impact event, a meteor slamming into the Gulf of Mexico near Yucatan. Otherwise, they might still be here.

By the way, the die-off of the dinosaurs was by no means the first (or last) huge die-off of species in the history of the earth. It's happened over and over.

There are a lot of animals not mentioned in the Bible. Just because they aren't there doesn't mean He didn't make them. God doesn't make mistakes, but He's been known to be displeased with the way things came out. I believe there is a way to read Genesis so that dinosaurs fit in just fine.

The dinosaurs were here millions of years before man even made an appearance. Remember...the Bible is written and compiled by man. People were too busy killing one another, being turned to stone or a salt lick and fornicating with their daughters to do an archaeological dig. Just wasn't in their priorities at the time.

Actually the bible mentions leviathans and dragons. The word "dinosaur" was not even in common usuage until the 1800's.

God "botches" nothing, by the way. And I mean that in a most friendly manner.

Dinosaurs were long dead before first humans inhabited earth... Those who wrote the Bible had no idea what dinosaurs were, nor that they ever existed. Paleontology (the study of old remains) is only a couple of hundred years old, if at all.

Us humans never knew of dinosaurs until then.

There is a reference to some animal called a behemoth in the bible. I can't remember where. But that would mean that we were around at the same time as the dinosaurs.
