Do you mean at a restaurant or bar? No, this is not legal and he can be held accountable for it by the authorities; so can you. I believe they call it "contributing to the deliquency of a minor". However, he CAN buy alcohol and bring it home for you to drink. What you do in the privacy of your own home, well, who can say? If you feel like drinking, that's the best way to go about it. Otherwise, don't drink in restaurants or bars....you don't want to get him (or yourself) in trouble.

Actually, it depends upon the state or locality. In New York state, it is legal to get your kids as drunk as you please... provided they do not leave the property or operate a vehicle. Other states have zero tolerance laws because political correctness and The Cult of the Tyke rules the day.

In public, the answer is no.

So stay home and get drunk.

In Texas your spouse can buy you alcohol but it has to be served to him and then he gives it to you, if he has to go to the restroom you cannot sit there with the alcohol without him present. Also know any business has the right to refuse service married or not.

No, if you are still a minor, then being married doesn't make it legal for your hubby to buy your alcohol.

Each state is different, but in most cases if you're with your spouse and they are of age then yes, you can drink with them. Or if it's parent/child as well.

You can google your state with something like "underage drinking husband and wife"
