in the Bible in the Old Testament, it says, in the latter days, seven women will take hold of a man for his name. these are the latter times, i think, but this has me thinking some deep thoughts, because when iread this passage, it was like, ya know, when God wants you to read something in His Word?

Sure and who says its sin, your church/religion? God is your final answer, if it doesn't say in the bible then why would God care? As long as you love Him, love others as yourself. How is that harming anybody if yal want to test the waters?

They probably think they can - be it platonic or not - but eventually, opposites do attract. It's how God designed us. And if they are already attracted, why would they want to live together outside of matrimony as a Christian couple. Christians are to be lights unto the world and setting the examples for which this dark worlds lives in. So what example would it set? That Christians can do whatever they want as long as they get forgiveness? That's not what Christ teaches us in the New Testament at all. Christian means to live Christ-like. We fail as humans, and we do have to seek forgiveness, but we have choices and this choice would not be a wise scenario to choose to go into.

A Christian man and a Christian woman should not live together if they are not married. If these two people are in a relationship, they should marry before living together.
If you're speaking of friends, as in sharing a two bedroom apartment or something.....I don't think that's wise either. The bible tells us to avoid even the "appearance" of evil. It wouldn't look good to other believers, and we need to be careful how our behavior affects others, not just what we want for ourselves.

Be more specific-do you mean live together without marriage?
(I'm assuming that's it).
If so; no, because that would be without faith and commitment to
a lifelong love. The marriage license is not the main factor-plenty
of people have those and have horrendous "marriages". Will you
love, honor, cherish, and (for the Christian woman) obey as long
as you both shall live is the key.

As in cohabiting? Sure. Is it sinful? Only if they're not married. If they're just shacking up, then they aren't really living the Christian life, are they?

Can they? Yes. Should they? No. God will not honor this relationship. It is best to wait til marriage to share a household.

They shouldn't live together. Ecspecially if they are Christians, because they should know that God does not like that. They shouldn't live together until they are married.
