If this gets serious (marriage) keep in mind that when you are 39, and in your prime, she'll be 50, going through menopause, and have no sex drive.
If you just want to bang her, an older woman does have her advantages, though.

According to him, women over 35 are past their prime, and are in love with the idea that a young man is going for them. So if you're young, going for an older woman is actually easy. Once you are older and making money, you will notice that you'll be dating 20 year olds. Look around your age bracket, you'll notice taht they tend to go for "more mature" (meaning having money) men.
Like the previous reply, as long as you don't get serious, and no one gets hurt, all's well.
