What does it mean when a guy says, "I care about you," or when he discusses the way "we care for each other?"

Me and my guy friend chill out and have fun together. It seems like he has feelings for me, but he is in a rocky relationship. He is always talking about how much he cares. So what does his "care" really mean?

Probably that he cares for you......Guys arent really that deep when it comes to sharing their feelings. Usually what they say is what they mean.
