Of course kissing frogs is morally acceptable and the reason people do it is in the hope that said frog will turn into a prince.

No one wants to kiss frogs. That's just a fairy tale thing, and even if u do kiss a frog, you'd get sick. I mean, you never know where those frog lips have been.

I think you are thinking of either the fairy tale or when people lick toad's asses to get high.
If you are thinking of the former, that is just a figure of speech. If you are thinking of the latter, they are doing it to get high.
