This is in reference to transferring from HD video to 35mm film (the standard film speed for 35mm film is 24fps). If the project was to stay in the digital domain I would actually consider 60fps.

24fps is just fine - however, that' not taking into effect it's HD. I believe it should still work though.

If you're using a regular HD CamCorder, then you should either play in 30 fps or 60 fps
