You might have your doctor check your inner ear and see if you have scar tissue. That is common with some childhood diseases, like rubella. When was the last time you had your vision checked? Maybe you don't see as well as you think you do. You may also have your doctor run a complete blood work up on you to check your hormone levels. There may be some pituitary issues(nothing terminal, stop worrying)...or you could just be a clutz. I was...try a sport that requires greater hand-eye coordination like tennis or golf. Saved my life. my friend did the same thing for a while when we went to kings island years ago she tripped at least 20 times lol It happens. Just dont worry about it! It also could be because your clumsy.

My husband had this problem and was diagnosed with 'Autonomic System Failure' a neurological disease which causes a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing up - check with your Neuologist or MD - it's a simple test which involves taking your blood pressure when sitting and then when immediately taking it after standing from the sitting position.

May be it is you who cannot control your own balance,or you a pressurised with what your life is going through that you go out of your thoughts and you trip and fall.

You suppose to look where you are doing all the time if you don't you are going to always fall that's called clumsiness.

Apart from the ear fluid thing (definitely a possibility) you should also consider (a) making sure you're paying attention (i.e. not listening to music or reading while walking), and (b) taking a class in some practice known to promote good balance (dance, tai chi, aikido).

look where you are going
do you need glasses?
maybe you should go the the doctor
try not to think about tripping, becuase when i do i trip and i fall, but when i dont i have better luck
maybe its your shoes

actually falling for no reason especially if it just started all of a sudden is a sign an inner ear problem. Your equalibrium is being thrown off.

Try taking the mask off.No,seriously,you might want to see a doctor about that.Not everyone falls all the time.
