I call a repair company to go help her, then i drive out to her for support, pay the repair guys myself, and if there is still time we both go back to the party

That is a no brainer! You go pick your girl, and have her car towed.

However, if the boyfriend is drunk, then it's his responsibility to figure out an alternative way of getting you to safety.
