They seem to think that, but it should not be that way.

No, I don't believe once you fall in love that the person can treat the other person wrong. I do believe in treating each other right with the same respect before they fell in love.

I dont think that that is what "all is fair in love and war" means. It means that when you truley love someone, whatever crazy things you may do to get that person you love is fair, and should be allowed. It doesnt have anything to do with how you treat your partner.

No because a relationship is a two way street, the other may like it and the other mite not . But you both have to have the same views. Never hurt one another. Your supposed to be treating each other with respect , honesty ,dignity and integrity.

Isn't that kind of like taking life for granted? People that have been together for a while become accustomed to each other, the thrill kind of goes away...sometimes when the thrill goes away, they go away...unless they get married...if you think YOU'RE being taken for granted, maybe it's time to sit n think on how much you feel for the other person. If you're both tired of each other, then maybe it's time to move on?

war is never fair and love is what one makes out of it .a lot let down often occurs when one shoots for a goal or desires and settles for less
to love is to find one compatible
love is not power to control and i am not talking about the sex department
love is not abusive mentally or physical
love is sharing and satisfying

No. If you love someone you aren't going to treat them badly. We are only human so there are going to be times when arguments happen/hurtful things are said or done, but it should not be a constant occurance.

yeah because they get comfortable and know that there are in too deep and they just wont walk away from this relationship, too much time has past and it is hard to start over , so the other person thinks they have no choice but to stay in the relationship.sucks i know.some people just need to knwo that enough is enough and , they need to know when to get out and say no.

NO......To love someone is a gift from GOD...I mean truly love......Not some stupid meaningless version of it. When it's real love, you consider them before yourself. You honor, respect, and adore them. You'll do anything, even subject yourself to hurt, pain and lack of them, if it's necessary to do so. I wouldn't consider someone being in love with me or I with them, if that was the outlook that I had. I'm far too much in love for that crap........

All is fair, but not if you seem to think you can get away with murder while "in love" with someone....I think the line works better for skeletons in closets and that sorta thing...

I believe in love or not, together or not... respect is key. if your partner doesn't treat you with respect then time to move on. Respect starts with self-respect!
