my brother ignores the girl he likes.She knows that he likes her but she doesn't really like him.That's a good idea to ignore her?

If she knows that he likes her and doesn't like him back, then there's really no point in flirting or anything. If he still wants to be friends with her, then he shouldn't ignore her. If they become good friends, there's a chance that she may end up liking him for who he is.
If your brother keeps ignoring her, she's going to lose all interest in him. There is no way to keep a relationship of any kind without any contact.

First thing is let the two people involved in the relationship or lack of one play it out in the manner they wish to. Next if there is nothing to the relationship why should he or even the girl even bother investing time and effort into something that is going no where?
