citizenship is usually place of birth, tho not always automatically. if you want him to be a french citizen, just fill out the proper paperwork at the french embassy, online, or in france. the child does have a dual option if you want him to be both french and english, depending on other circumstances (and your citizenship)

If the father is french so is the baby. Has a DNA test been done to verify fatherhood?Peace.

the baby is not french.. but you can petition.. or something like that to have the baby also be a french citizen.
