i am going on a first time cruise for 4 days to the bahammas on the sensation ship with my 8 year old daughter and my dad in mid july. can anybody tell me about cruises and what to expect? what about camp carnival? and about the bahammas? and also, i get very motion sickness, does drammine work or the patches on the arm?

I did the Disney cruise to the Bahamas a couple years ago, you will enjoy yourself.
Prepare to eat a lot. The cruises have food available 24/7, and its all included in the base price.
The Bahamas were very nice, we were only there one day, but it was great. Take some shore excursions if you can, the ship will probably sponsor some. Go see the Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island.
I dont get motion sickness, but some of my friends did. They say dramamine works, so does drinking ginger ale. If your cabin is lower in the ship this helps too, as you wont rock as much.

Have fun and relax Girl yes drammine works. you'll have fun but you should have went to alsaka first on the cruise it's freakin fun
