I have to say Jetblue, I have the best travel experience in Jetblue. I lost my wallet in Palm Beach last week in the airport terminal, I called Jetblue and they told me they write a report. I fiqured they will never find it, but I got a called later that day. They flew my wallet in a later flight and told me if I would like to pick it up at the airport or they can fedex it to me for free. I picked it up from the airport. I also enjoyed the unlimited supply of snacks, a whole can of coke. It has free tv, the flight attendants are so amazing. I can go on forever. Delta is o.k., i mean it gets me where i have to go. I just think their service is average. They also win top marks in alot of surveys compared to Delta. Try them out!

If Cincinnati had service from JetBlue, I would fly JetBlue. However Delta controls over 90% of all flights out of CVG and has driven numerous low cost carriers out of the market. I like the service of JetBlue and their new aircraft. The TV's in the back of all the seats are a nice addition.
I don't mind flying Delta even though they are in bankruptcy since I do have a SkyMiles account. If I had to fly internationally, I would fly Delta, one of their codeshare airlines or Delta to get to the codeshare airlines.

Honestly, all the airlines are pretty bad. They all lose luggage occasionally, they all have inconvenient schedules and fewer and fewer direct flights, they all have crowding. You should not make these decisions based on the name of the airline. You should take into account the cost, the airport (for example, many of the discount airlines fly into out-of-the-way airports that will cost you an arm and a leg in ground transportation), the schedule, and the number of layovers. Only you can determine how much these are worth. Generally, however, I'd gladly pay 50 dollars for a more convenient airport, or for a nonstop flight rather than one with layovers, or, worse, plane changes.

Personally, unless I'm going to save a lot more than $50... I'd stick with Jetblue...the last time either me or a friend flew Delta.. AND another US carrier I will identify only as AA-E.. they were late.. lost luggage.. damaged luggage... didn't have me on a passenger manifest (which means if the plane slammed into the ground and nothing was salvagable or identifiable.. they would never have known I was on it)... and they never served any beverages.... this happened twice on AAE and once on Delta... I've never had a problem with Jetsblue... if they're a little more. use 'em.... you're better off!

Jetblue all the way. 36 channels of LIVE satellite tv and a free wi-fi area. Also good snacks and drinks. I would fly delta only if they were cheaper than jetblue.

I would be willing to fly Delta. Much better service and they fly to more airports. I would have to drive at least an hour more to get to an aiport with Jetblue service.
