You know, dreams about things that haven't happened, and some time in the future they do happen? I've had several such dreams. I even had a dream where God Himself spoke to me, but I digress.

I have a bad habit of breaking bolts. I overtightened a bolt on my motorcycle's clutch basket and broke it. I really didn't want to deal with extracting a steel bolt from an aluminum basket, so I just left it sitting for awhile. One night I had a dream that I went out and poked at the bolt and it just screwed right out. It wasn't frozen at all. The next day I went out and checked, and, sure enough, I was able to use my fingers to unscrew the bolt. I thought that was pretty cool.

Funny thing.

A long time ago I had a dream that I was sitting around a bonfire laughing with alot of other people and something or someone I couldn't see led me to get up and walk out into the woods and I saw all these Greek Gods dancing in the forest, but when I turned to look closer, to see if I was really seeing what I thought I saw, there was nothing there. I wrote it down and everything.

This weekend I went to a campout with some folks on the property of someone I didn't know at all. They were building a house, but most of the land was undeveloped, unless you count the trails through the woods and the firepits and stone circles and the camping area.

We were all sitting around the campfire (it had been a bonfire the night before, now it was a cooking fire) talking and laughing and the host came up and asked me if I wanted a tour, and I followed him down these trails in the woods and periodically he would stop and say, This right here, is where I'm going to put my statue of Pan, and This here is where I'm putting my statue of Artemis... and he'd describe the statues and where they were now and how he was going to get them back there and, if not yet purchased, how much they'd cost him, etc.

Tell me if that isn't kinda cool?

I dreamed that Eos (Goddess of Dawn) spoke to me on more than one occasion, and that a Lion spoke to me and told me what I should major in in college. Those dreams changed the whole course of my life.

I don't know the spelling but have on several occasions experiance a form of (de'ja voo) from dreams.
I have on many many occaasion's experianced the same exact nightmares also. Do you think these nightmares could represent a traumatic experiance I have endured or possibly mark a very stressful point in my life, or even a foretelling of somethign bad to happen in my future?

To think wee have only scratched the surface of what the human mind could possibly achieve.

A dream is a metaphor for the future. Dreams are our brains way of solving problems. Yes, I have them all the time, but I give them a reserved weight of importance. Some dreams will astound and others will confuse. Interpretations of dreams vary so greatly it's like reading different astrology charts from different newspapers, they never agree.

Yes. It used to freak me out when I was a kid. i used to think I was going absolutely barmy. Most people have, I believe, but since lots of people don't remember their dreams it reconstitutes as deja vu or just an odd feeling, or they just dismiss it completely.
