If you're asking for a way to say that without hurting her, unfortunately there isn't one. Do it like pulling a band-aid. Anything you tell her will break her heart. Say it soon, so you aren't leading her on, and be ready for the question "Why not?", because it usually comes up. If you don't have a reason why not, are you sure it isn't worth a shot? Good luck with that, it's a hard situation for a nice guy to find himself in.
If you're not such a nice guy, just ask her if she can wait for six weeks because you're having a "flare-up". That'll do it!

Unfortunately there is no easy way, she may understand and she may not. The best thing is to always tell the truth APAS. Don't let her think you like her if you don't. If you want to be her friend ,or already are just say you want to keep it that way.If she still doesn't get it you may have to be blunt,but at least you're trying to be nice a lot of guys don't care

Gently, carefully. But if she doen't get the message, be a bit more forceful.
You probably will hurt her feelings, unfortunately, but that is better than letting her build up her hopes when she is only going to get let down in the end.

just tell her that u r not interested in her because u don't want a girlfriend at this time u feel like being a single person for a while

Just tell her you are not ready for a relationship right now, that you have too much going on right now to have the time for a girlfriend.....good luck

Tell her that you have a gf or you are just not interested in her. Or tell her that you respect her so much that you dont want to get into a relationship with her, cause it will end in heart break.

Well, if your dating her, stop dating her. There is no nice way to let someone down, the best thing to do is to tell her that you like her but not in that way and that things can't go any further.

tell you that you want her to be your friend. If you lie to make her feel better by telling her you're not ready to be in a relationship, you will really hurt her when you start dating someone else. Don't lie, you are not doing any favors. You will only confuse her!!

i think ur a nice person i enjoy your company if thats the case but i'm not interested in being in a relationship with u i would like to remain friends if that is possible and we can talk from time to time

tell her that although you enjoy her company you feel that you both would make great friends and that you don't want to mess that up. but just out of curiosity - why don't you want her as a girlfriend
