Heres the thing. I'm sure winsor pilates does work if you stick with it. The problem I had wasn't with the workout moves themselves, it was the instruction. The Winsor Pilates I bought had a woman that just didn't shut up. She was annoying, and the tape was too slow for me. So I ended up just memorizing the moves, and then doing them on my own with my own music because I couldn't stand the video. The abs look fantastic when you stick with it. But for me, I prefered something that was much faster paced. Its good for people who want to try something slower, and if you like yoga than you'll probably like this then.

I just bought the circle workout thing from the infomercial. The DVD has three worksouts on it - I've only done one for 20 min. with the circle. It was SUPER easy and I'm not sore - but I'm in somewhat decent shape so I need something more challenging anyway. I plan on doing the other fat burning workout tonight. The next month I got a beginner and advanced DVD's for the cirlce, so I may give those a try. My friend used to do it at a gyma nd she noticed a total difference, so I plan on keeping with it.

They probably would work if i actually stuck with it. The instructor was SUPER boring and wouldn't stop talking. The video wasn't at all interesting. If you are thinking about buying it, try a different type of pilates. The moves were too simple and she did them too many times. I get the point. I mean, i understand that we need to learn, but this is just way too repetative and BORING!

I started using it about 4 years ago to help with back problems after a car accident. It works wonders in strengthening core muscles, and flattening abs.
