You go to the Post Office, you give the letter to the clerk, who will weigh it , and will have a look at the addressee country, and will ask you if you want it to be sent regular, or priority mail, or express mail.
But to send it on priority or express mail, you will have to fill out a form.
So, just send it regular.
The clerk will tell you how much you need to pay for the postage. Give to the clerk the money and you will get back the change and the receipt.
Isn't that easy ?

Go to the post office and wait in line. Or go to Mail Boxes Etc.
