I'm so lame - I weigh myself twice a day. In the AM and before I go to bed. I seem to be having problems with food lately so I am addicted to seeing my weight fluctuate - it's mostly from water, so I use the scale to see what supplements I need to take.

I did. I have a digital scale that measures to the half pound. I'd weigh myself in the morning as soon as I woke up and then again as I was going to bed and I'd write it down along (next to the date) with what I did (exercise) or what I ate (if I had a big meal). I could see that I'd lose about 1.5 to 2 pounds during sleep and could see results of difference within a day or over several days according to what I did or ate.
How much you weigh really as important as to what your % of body fat is. No one should really care how much they weigh but how firm their body is. If a guy weighed 200 pounds and had 20% body fat, that's A LOT different than being 200 pounds and 5% body fat!
If you're eating right and exercising often (both cardio and weight training), how much you weigh is irrelevant. If you can lift at least your own body weight and can run or bike for over two hours at a time, you're doing a lot better than the majority.

I miss a day now and then, but yeah...I weigh almost every day. I like to know how I'm doing when I'm dieting or maintaining, and if the scales go up, I know I need to watch my food intake and exercise more until I get back to where I want to be.

i do it once a week or whenever i am at the gym. if i did it everyday i would go crazy! i like to keep track of how much i weigh...but if i did it every single day, i would be obsessed with my weight.

I don't every day, but I would say 5 out of 7 days I will. I do it to see if I am losing/gaining any weight -- because I really don't want to gain any -- or at least maintaining a constant wait.

its interesting to me to see how my weight goes up or down buy a pound or two depending on what i ate that day. It helps me figure out what is good and bad for me to be eating.
this might be a bit obbsessive but sometimes i weigh myself twice a day- in the morning and afternoon

I weigh myself like 5 times a day, no joke. I don't know why... obsessive I guess.

I do! It's a good way to control myself. If I let a long time without weighing myself I might let myself go.

I do...but now my batteries are out so i can't weigh everyday. I want to keep my weight in check.

I weight myself at least three times everyday. It's an obsessive compulsive tendency that I can't get rid of.
