Oh, that reminds me of my Miniature American Eskimo/ terrier mix. She was the best dog I ever had... She was bigger than that, though not by much. Yours does look like a longhaired Chihuahua mix. Very cute!

Looks like a long haired chihuahua to me.. I used to have a chi-pom mix and he has a lot more hair than that.. And I got him for free..when you could still get mixed dogs for free..lol
