Have seen several posts around saying what a rip off it is, but saw a commercial this morning claiming you can eat normal food..go out to dinner...and still lose weight by following their program. What is their program???

I am on LA wt loss now
I lost 5 lbs so far I eat normally and go out to eat
they can be tricky it will run you close to a thousand$$$
You have to buy their vitamin's and such you pay $$5 a wk but also you end up pay for bars vitamins shakes etc
if u have the money it is worth it
if u are looking for something cheaper ww is the way to go

it is a rip off i spent 800 bucks on it and only went for 2 wks. i was told that they get on u 2 see if ur staying on track. but they don't. i went in for 2 wks and haven't been back since and no one has called. u can eat normal food and they give u a menu of stuff u can eat when u go out 2 dinner but its like u can eat from pizza hut but only 1 slice. or u can have the burger but just the patty. u basically just go in there maybe 2 or 3 times a week weigh in and tell them what u ate. thats it. they tell u, u don't have to buy the products but it will ensure the weight loss. i lost like maybe 10 pounds from it but it was totally from the take off juice they get u to take to clean out your system. N i couldn't really stand the taste of it so i didn't really eat.
