I have choosen a very light green for my bridesmaids dresses. On davids bridal it is the periodot color, but the one I want is slightly darker. My question is: Does light pink and light green match.
I am getting roses for my bouquet and my bridesmaids. The colors I have to chooose from are a bundle of 100 roses that are light pink and white, the other set is 125 roses that are light pink, light yellow and white.
Would light green bridesmaids dresses match with light pink and/or light yellow roses?
The roses in those colors are very inexpensive and I am on a tight budget. I am gonna get them from sam's club.

I think I will have leather leaves and baby's breath with the bridesmaid's flowers. Just roses for my bouqet.
I am not going to go to florist. Any good sites to tell you how to arrange flowers for a weeding. (bouqet, flowers on tables, ect.)
I can get 100 roses, with 6 bunches of babys breath, and 25 bunches of leather leaves, for a little less than $150 at sams club. That is a great deal right?

Light pink and green DOES match. In my town, we have a very special spring time celebration where the main colors of the event are pink and green. They're very pretty together. Think of apple blossoms on a blooming apple tree. You get the idea.
As for flowers, I would definitely go with the light pink and white roses. Give the Bridesmaids the pink ones to match their dress, and you use a mixed version of the pink and white together. That way, your bouquet is different and unique but still matching. This is special. Don't go with the yellow. Yellow roses with green dresses looks like either a green lawn with yellow daisies sprouting or just plain sickening and puky. It kind of depends on the yellow. If it's vibrant, you might be able to pull it off. If it's a really pale yellow, it'll definitely look sickening.
And hey, BTW, Congratulations!
P.S. DON'T mix the pink with the yellow! ;-)

Yes, I think light pink or light yellow would match – I wouldn’t go with the mix of pink and yellow, because it’s bringing in too many colors. Light pink and light green look good, together, though. $150 for that many flowers is a good deal. What are you going to do for centerpieces or other decorations? As for flower arrangement, check out the websites below (keep in mind that you can use roses instead of the flowers they use). The last _ links are for boutonnieres. You can do some nice things that are pretty simple – for example, a bunch of baby’s breath in a tall vase looks pretty, like a cloud, and it’s unusual but still easy. Good luck, and congratulations!

That is a great price...but I suggest that you look up where your local florist shops get thier flowers. I did a wedding at my home for a friend and we got them at the supply warehouse. It was much cheaper. I also believe that you can go to any Wal Mart, Joanns Ect. or Michaels and find a book on flower arranging. They also have everything that you would need to put them together. Your color of flowers seems to be great. You could mix the yellow and pink roses in the bridesmaids bouquets. I am sure that they will turn out beautiful. Good Luck.....and have fun :)

Yes, light green and light pink do match. If you look at the color spectrum. You see Green and Red aline with each other, which means That anything that is green and red base do go with each other but you have to balance out the colors. I suggest that you do go with the light pink roses and white roses. If you wanted yellow roses, go for a light purple.

Will you have leaves on the roses or will they be nude? Either way, pastels against green almost always match because it is a "natural" color, like the color of buds. The green from the leaves would be a great addition to the green of the dress, and a good buffer between the two pastels.

Pink and white roses would look fabulous with light green gowns. I'm not sure about the yellow, but you can use them in your bouquet or on the tables. good luck

I'm getting married too. I think the light pink to go with the green bridesmaids dresses would go well.

Very smart to get them from Sam's Club - flowers really last from that place! It seems like they would match since your flowers are light in color, and the dresses are light in color. Congratulations!

any of those colors would go together. the best thing about modern weddings is you can do what ever you want. My sisiter best friend couldn't decide on the colors so she is haveing all the bridemaids in different variations of the 2 colrs she could decide between. So allgirls are in deffernt colors and it blends well. But yes green does go with yellow and pink.

Have you thought about using silk flowers? They are inexpensive and look beautiful plus they never die! You don't have to worry about them being brown by the reception. Try ebay, they have a couple great options!
