I want it so when one address is added in one persons setting it is there in another persons.

You cant do this - at least I don't think so. Each account is separate and individual to the others.

Good advice here - ABANDON OUTLOOK EXPRESS and go direct to your Webmail to send and recieve. It is much safer, more reliable and from there you can see the Bulk Folder (which OE does not access!) and possibly find mail which has been 'diverted' by the spam-killer by accident.

You can export the address book as a .wab file then import it into the other users accounts.

or you can drag and drop the contacts you want to share into the 'shared contacts' folder of the address book. (right click a contact>address book>select the contacts you want to move and drag them into the shared contacts folder.)

You can't. Just email the email address to whomever you want to have it.

you can do this - i have done it once before - but it is damned complicated, check the permissions thats how it is done, you need to make the info public but only to the certain contacts, it CAN be done - i have seen and done it. but it is very complicated if i remember.
