To lose weight, eat sensibly (healthy foods, reasonable portions, keep cals no greater than 2000, maybe as low as 1500), and exercise, exercise, exercise. Do something aerobic to help lose weight, and to tone your tummy try forward, side, and reverse crunches. I enjoy using workout videos/DVDs at home and there are a number that focus on abs (Abs of Steel, for example). Good luck!
