Could be you're suffering from a mild form of depression. Talk to a doctor about it. Maybe you're overwhelmed with everything you have to do. One way I try to get motivated is to break down the stuff I have to do into smaller tasks. Then I just try to accomplish one small thing at a time. Give yourself a reward when you get something done. For me, it's chocolate - lol. Good luck!

first off ure not a loser, a lot of ppl procrastinate. you have to see the urgency of things. if you kno a paper is due next monday but its 1500 words long understand that if you dont start now you're gone do poorly, u might fail the class, and then u'd be screwed. ya know? stuff like that to make u work.

It can be tough...I'm a procrastinator too...Just think about how you're going to have to do the task at hand eventually anyways, and about how good it feels once it's over with! If you over-think things, the more you'll push them off. Just do them, and try not to think too much! : )

I got the same problem. When I know I need to do something, I tell my self to get up and do it. that seems to work. if that doesn't work, then u should use a cell phone or other electronic organizer to alert you of deadlines. It helps... trust me.

alot of it was to do with your sleeping patterns and your current outlook on life. it is all mental. when your feeling better you get more done. to ask why you put things off, ask what you are putting them off for?
the question is have you always done this, and if not, then why now?
