Tell her exactly that. You dont cheat and that although you think she is cool you will not cheat. If she is a good person at all she will think you are asewome! Just be honest but dont be mean about it GOOD LUCK!

Then you sound like an awesome guy!! Because you dont meet very many guys that are comitted like that! Just tell her that you already have a girlfriend that you love.. alot. And that you think she is cool and everything... but she will just have to settle for being friends. Tell her privately tho... like in a note.. dont embarrass her when you say it. And be sweet. You dont want her to be mad at you for such a stupid reason!!

What you jut said, tell her you have a girlfriend and you don't want to cheat, but let her know you want to be friends or still talk, that way shes not completely let down you know?
and just make sure you keep your distance to be sure no signals are being crossed.

just tell her that you think she's nice, but you are already seeing someone and just wanted to be honest with her. Be respectful like you would like to be told that someone wasn't interested in you.
