Me. I just eat very little, but I did not QUIT eating, nor do I intend to.

I pig out at supper, BUT I have a habit now of eating before 6 a lot of the time, and if not that, at LEAST by 7.

I'v only lost weight by eating less in combo with lots of exercise (I don't need to lose weight, but with all the sports going on, I need to stay at my best).
Drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
Don't eat after six pm.
If you do eat after six pm, make it vegetables or fruits (not in syrup).
Try to work out during the evening, after your muscles are warmed up.

Don't do it. I used to be anorexic and it was very scary. I'm lucky that I pulled through. If you feel you are over-weight, ask for help or pick a healthy diet.

if you dont eat you become sick... if you do eat PROPER and HEALTHY foods and follow the food guiode you will lose weight.
