MY car was not the car that was double parked...I went around the car that was double parked.

Plea not guilty and take the reduction to illegal parking to avoid points on your license. I'm sure you were very careful in going around the double parked vehicle and checked both pedestrian and vehicle traffic before passing.

Don't worry the majistry will more than likely reduce the fee's from the originally bill you received from the police officer. nothing to worry about.
