There is no such thing as a teacup Yorkie, or a good teacup Yorkie breeder.
Teacup Yorkies are simply the runts/smallest of the litter, bred together over generations to make the resulting puppies even smaller, and oftentimes more fragile and prone to illness. A GOOD breeder will not do that to their dogs.
Besides, Yorkies are small enough as is. Why do you need them any smaller?

I bought my baby pug from traders village in arlington. I think they have pretty good prices. They have many breeds. Good luck!
