Yes and even in the glass container.
After using the amount you need you can level the top surface of the relish and then top with olive oil, just enough to cover relish.
Put the cap on and label the date done.
Store in freezer for no longer than one year.
When needed again, defrost and pour out the oil and you are ready to eat.

My refridgerator froze store bought relish. I mean the fridge, not the freezer, so that's a big yes.
