The best time to get pregnant is when you've graduated from school, have a decent job, have money saved in the bank and a dependable husband to help. Women ovulate way sooner than they are phycially, mentally, and financially ready to raise a child.

I've read your other questions, and you think you might be pregnant, you need to get a test and find out. If you could keep your legs together, you wouldn't be having this major drama going on. Sex is for adults. Thats why you have to be 21 to go to a porn shop. It's not a good way to make your boyfriend "like" you better. Leave sex up to the people who have taken sex education & biology classes and know the answers to your questions. You learn this stuff in Jr. high school, so if you don't know you must still be a baby yourself.

The time that you are most fertile is right before you ovulate, which can be about 14-16 days before you get your period. Regular women's cycles can range from 26-45 days, so women can ovulate anywhere from day 8 to day 31 ! Not all women have 28 day cycles, or ovulate on day 14, its just an estimate. Every woman's cycle is as different as she is.

I highly suggest reading the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler.

Ok. You can get pregnant at any time during your cycle, despite what the "common" belief may be. To start, you should track your cycle for 3 mths. There are some great web-sites just for ovulation predictors. Once you know your particular cycle length, you should have an easier time. I don't suggest this as a form of birth control! Only for the "Trying To Conceive". If your cycles aren't regular, then you should make an appt. with a RE to discuss your options.

when ovulate BEFORE their next period something to help you concieve with are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS

I agree with mslorikoch.
BTW, you ovulate 14 days before your next period. So, if you have a long cycle, it is more than 14 days after your last one.

Get married first. Every child deserves two parents who are committed to each other. It looks like you need to grow up a bit first before playing Mommy.

It varies from woman to woman.. Usually 11-21 days from your last menstrual period (from the first day) It takes paying close attention to your body to figure out when you are ovulating. Some signs you are ovulating are:
• Change in cervical fluid
• Change in cervical position and cervical firmness
• Brief twinge of pain or dull ache that is felt on one side of the abdomen
• Light spotting
• Increase in sex drive
• Elevated level of the luteinizing hormone which can be detected on a test
• Body temperature chart that shows a consistent change
• Breast tenderness
• Abdominal bloating
• Heightened sense of vision, smell or taste
You can buy ovulation predictor kits and they help in some cases.

on a 28 day cycle you ovulate on the 14th day. Depending on your cycle its approx. 2 weeks after the begining of your period.
