well yeah, because if i'm 15 then a year older is 16, which is still young, but able to drive to the movies occasionally. one year younger is 14, which is still good in a way, because we could still go places, he just wouldn't be able to drive.

Defenantly younger. Older guys are more into the whole sex scene and would be putting pressure on the girl to have it with them. If you want to date without pressure then go with the younger guy for sure. Blessed Be.
