You need to look at the things that will improve your I.Q. Its a fact that using the computer for more than 45 minutes a day lowers your I.Q. So look somewhere else. Give me an em for example.

by being informed. your I.Q will only increase by having knowledge of various subjects. I know this my be very dorky, but Brain Age (nintendo DS) is a great game to test your brain power. It works your brain on a daily basis.

read alot......trust me it helps. Try to read the Times magazine and other reading materials that are informative and educational.
